Vesta Salon & Spa was opened in October 1998 by Sherry Driscoll, with a vision to create an environment where employees love coming to work and guests love coming to visit. 

New Owners Emily and Nicole will continue this vision at Vesta

GIVING BACK

We are grateful to be part of the Ankeny and the Greater Des Moines communities. Giving back to the communities we serve and support gives us great pride. Our focus is on supporting the health and wellness of others, the environment, artistic development, as well as local schools, churches and non-profits.

As an Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa we live out Aveda’s Mission Statement by giving back to our community. We strive to make a difference in our community and beyond. As part of the Aveda Network, our focus is on Earth Month. Since 2007,Vesta has proudly donated $33,450 to the Global Green Grants Fund and The Audubon Mississippi River Initiative. Since 1999, The Aveda Network has raised over $50 million for Earth Month partners, with over $38 million for clean water projects!

In addition to our focus on Earth Month, we enjoy giving back to many local charities, foundations, schools and churches.

GIVING OF OUR TIME

We are proud to partner with Dream Catchers Foundation Inc., a local foundation that volunteers salon services to those who are terminally ill and those who may be experiencing a difficult time in his or her life.
